Hello and Welcome,

If you were expecting an all-singing and all-dancing website, then you've come to the wrong place. I have only recently learnt how to program my VHS recorder, only to discover they are now obsolete. Hence, I need the services of a web designer and I don't mean a spider; although both types scare me.

I've discovered that web developers charge a fortune to build an online presence with flashing images, pop-ups and other things I'm not sure of what they do. Being tight-fisted as I am, I went for the cheapest website.

The only thing you'll really learn here is what my books are about, and me if you're interested.

Anyway, click on a link of your choice, then the magic happens, or at least that's what I've paid for.

Before long Martin is reluctantly mixing with drug dealers, loan sharks, ageing criminals plus an unbearable little girl, all of whom he considers to be UPS (unpleasant people sorts).

It began when Martin agreed a simple favour to help Ernie's brother. Things started to go wrong when Ernie's brother was allegedly a part-time industrial spy who spent his days preparing for an alien invasion. Martin thought it all unbelievable, Susan just jumped at the chance to save the world.

While attending a wedding with Martin, Susan reunited a lost dog with its owner. The trouble was in doing so they discovered a burnt-out house; the conflagration allegedly having been started by a church. Susan decided there was a blatant injustice that she was going to rectify.
